The time to order your blinds is now!
Delivery can take six to eight weeks from the date your deposit is received. Accurate dimensions are critical. All dimensions listed must be accurate to within 3mm. You should measure every window separately even if they appear identical A blind made for a window measuring 800mm wide is not interchangeable with one made for a window of 805mm. Whilst we will work with you to ensure your blinds are manufactured to your complete satisfaction, we cannot be held responsible for inaccurate measurements.
An order form can be downloaded in pdf form here. When you start to measure, write the width first (check top and bottom & record the largest), height next (left & right & record the largest). Record in millimetres. Write down the location of each blind in relation to the room or building, numbering them as necessary. We will attach a label to each blind based on your information, so avoid confusion by listing everything carefully.
Note whether your headrail (the wooden header which fits at the top of your blind) will be 32mm or 38mm (the most common) and whether the cord will pull to the right or the left.
A digital photo showing how your windows fit in relation to the adjacent walls and windwsill configurations will answer many questions and are an advisable addition to your order.
